Artist Story

A stage. A vision.
And two years later.

In 2023, Hudson Barlow sat in the audience at Dizzy’s Club at Jazz at Lincoln Center. His mom leaned over and said, “I want you to sit here and visualize yourself playing up on that stage one day.”

Thanks to an opportunity provided by the Sound Support Foundation, just two years later, Hudson wasn’t in the audience anymore. He was on stage, performing two sold-out sets at that very same club with the Crescent Super Band.

Today, you can find Hudson in New York once again—this time as a scholarship recipient at NYU!
