Caleb is a GRAMMY-nominated band leader, executive, producer, speaker, author, and saxophonist. He launched Caleb Chapman’s Soundhouse in 1998. Today, the program is the most award-winning youth music performance program in the United States.

Over the last three decades Caleb has had the opportunity to work with scores of GRAMMY-winning artists, as well as members of such well known bands as Maroon 5, Journey, the Killers, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Toto, Tower of Power, Journey, the Rolling Stones, the Blues Brothers, AC/DC, Steely Dan, Galactic, and the Saturday Night Live Band, to name just a few. In addition to leading and performing with the Osmond Chapman Orchestra, he has recorded with such well- known acts as Kaskade and the National Parks and was a touring member of the multi-platinum selling Neon Trees.

As an educator, Caleb’s students have been honored with a staggering 128 DownBeat Awards recognizing the very best bands and soloists in the world. Caleb is the youngest ever to receive the John LaPorta International Jazz Educator of the Year Award from Berklee College of Music and previously served as President of the Jazz Education Network (JEN), the world’s leading organization for jazz advocacy and education. He authored the award-winning “The Articulate Jazz Musician” book with Jeff Coffin, multi-GRAMMY-winning member of the Dave Matthews Band. Caleb is a featured Performing Artist and Clinician for Yamaha Saxophones, D’Addario Reeds, and JodyJazz Mouthpieces.
